Q: What products are eligible for the rebate?
A: The following products qualify for the Danze rebate:
- 1-piece toilet
- 2-piece toilet (tank and bowl)
- Basin
- Pedestal column
- Vanity
- Mirror / Mirrored cabinet
- Faucets: lavatory, kitchen, tub & shower, shower only, laundry, bar, pot filler, Roman tub, bidet, ½” thermostatic valve and diverter, ¾” thermostatic valve and volume control (NOTE: excludes bath accessories, faucet accessories, shower accessories, showerheads, parts)
Q: Where can I find information on the products?
A: To find out about Danze bath furniture and vitreous china products, please visit www.rebate.danze.com. On the navigation bar, click “product reference guide.” The link will take you to product information for all three Danze room collections. You can also get more detailed product information under Room Solutions on www.danze.com.
To find out about Danze faucets, please visit www.danze.com. You have the ability to search for products by model number, collection or type.

Q: Where can I buy the products?
A: Please visit www.rebate.danze.com. Click on the “where to buy” link found in the top navigation bar. You will have the ability to search by dealer type, city and state and/or zip code.
FILLING OUT YOUR REBATE FORM
Q: How do I qualify for a rebate?
A: You must purchase a Danze qualifying item between September 8, 2009 and December 31, 2009.. To determine what a qualifying product is, please refer to question “What products are eligible for the rebate” or visit www.rebate.danze.com.
Obtain rebate forms from the product dealer or download a copy online at www.rebate.danze.com. NOTE: Original rebate form with ending date of November 15, 2009 will be effective. Updated rebate form with ending date of December 31, 2009 will be available online only.
Cut out and tape the original UPC barcode from the product packaging to the rebate form. NOTE: There are 6 rebate offers in total. Only one item can be submitted on each rebate offer. Submissions limited to 1 item per offer for each rebate form. Additional submissions require separate rebate forms.
Mail in a completed rebate form with a photocopy of your register receipt or invoice (direct invoices from Danze will not be accepted) to the address below.
Note: Rebate offer cannot be combined with any other Danze rebates or promotional offers, including, but not limited to, Danze-sponsored dollars-off or percentage savings promotions at point-of-sale.
On the receipt copy, please circle the rebate item(s) purchased. The rebate request must be postmarked by February 28, 2010 to:

Q: Where do I find the UPC barcodes?
A: The UPC barcode can be found at the right bottom corner of the corner label on each of the product carton.

Q: If I buy more than one piece of the same qualifying product on the same receipt (ex. 2 Orrington 1pc toilets), do I need to submit multiple rebate claims?
A: Yes. Submissions limited to 1 item per offer for each rebate form. Additional submissions of the same product require separate rebate forms. Please visit www.rebate.danze.com to download additional rebate forms.
Q: Where can I download additional rebate forms?
A: To download an additional rebate form, please visit www.rebate.danze.com. On the navigation bar, click “rebate forms and instructions.”
Q: What is the timeframe in which I must buy a qualifying product?
A: The Danze qualifying product(s) must be purchased between 9/8/09 and 12/31/09. The completed rebate form with a photocopy of your register receipt or invoice must be postmarked by February 28, 2010.

Q: How long will it take to receive my rebate reward card?
A: A Prepaid American Express™ Reward Card will be mailed within 10 – 12 weeks of complying and properly completing the rebate submission requirements.
Q: How can I track my rebate?
A: You can track your rebate online at www.myrebateonline.com.
Q: Who do I contact to find out the status of my rebate reward card?
A: If you have not received your Prepaid American Express™ Reward Card within 12 weeks, please visit www.myrebateonline.com or call 866-568-9228, Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 7:30 PM EST.
